Meet Our Advisors
Dr. Scott Wilson
For more than two decades, Scott has lived in Denmark, serving as a leadership trainer and coach for church leaders. He leads Eurolead.net as its President, a network connecting churches across Europe. In addition, he founded and directs the Institute for Creativity, Leadership, and Management (ICLM).
Scott’s work takes him around the world, equipping and mentoring leaders in how to build thriving churches. He holds two master’s degrees—one in theology and another in organisational development—as well as a doctorate from an affiliated college of Liverpool University in England. He has authored eight books and is married to Linda, who pastors churches in Denmark.
Benjamin Lim
Benjamin Lim is an experienced leader, entrepreneur, and kingdom builder from Singapore, with a background spanning ministry, business, and marketplace influence. He has founded and led companies in retail, technology, media, and investment, providing strategic guidance to leaders navigating growth and change.
Combining sharp business acumen, pastoral wisdom, and integrity, he helps entrepreneurs and leaders discover their potential, align talent with purpose, and build structures that release people into their calling. As part of Kingdomcity, he contributes in leadership development, church growth strategy, and marketplace ministry, equipping people to make a lasting impact in every sphere of society.
